Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training logistics, venues, vendors, schedules, and communications.
- Manage the LMS and reporting.
- Respond to inquiries and mailbox requests promptly.
- Resolve technical issues and escalate concerns.
- Provide end-to-end session scheduling support with Workday as the preferred LMS.
