Site Supervisor, Interior Design

Role Description

The Site Supervisor - Interior Design is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing interior projects from initial concept to final handover. This role involves reviewing final designs, interpreting technical drawings, and creating a detailed execution plan, room by room, defining the tasks for all workmen. You will also be responsible for communicating site progress to clients regularly.

Key Responsibilities

• Review final designs and interpret technical drawings.
• Create a detailed execution plan, wall by wall, room by room.
• Clearly define the tasks for every workman on site.
• Communicate site progress to clients on a regular basis.
• Oversee interior projects from initial concept to final handover.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design, with the ability to develop functional, aesthetic layouts aligned with minimalist design principles.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams and vendors.
• Ability to review and interpret Construction Drawings, with attention to technical accuracy and execution feasibility.
• Experience working with Furniture design, customization, and manufacturing coordination for residential and professional spaces.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and manage expectations.
• Proven experience in managing interior projects on-site, including vendor coordination and quality control.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and maintain high standards under deadlines.
