About the Role

• Work on behalf of RWS to test and evaluate search engine responses.
• Enhance AI data to improve the online search engine experience for clients’ users.
• Provide feedback on text, audio, images, and videos to refine AI data used by major search engines, social media sites, streaming platforms, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate how search engines respond to everyday searches.
• Work through a variety of assignments.
• Play a crucial part in enhancing AI data.
• Provide feedback on text, audio, images, and videos.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently reside in India.
• English and Kannada proficiency.
• Possess a smartphone and personal computer with a reliable internet connection.
• Reliable antivirus software to protect your computer.
• Must pass training modules and a required test created by the client before commencing work.

• Web-savvy with expertise in search.
• Talent for finding things online using keywords.
• Inquisitive by nature with a real interest in AI.
• Excellent skills in online research.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Continually maintain quality and accuracy SLAs.
• Self-discipline to stick to a schedule and get work done despite potential distractions of a home office.
• Critical thinker with the ability to analyze information and assess its relevance or significance.
• Strong understanding of popular culture in your locale (India).
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Only one Search Quality Rater per household.

Schedule & Pay

• Location: India (Work from Home).
• Schedule: 8-20 hours per week; average 15 hours weekly.
• Commitment: Minimum of 5 hours per week, maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Pay: Up to 6 USD/hour.
