About the Role

Vasudeva Builders is a growing real estate development company in Jaipur, focused on delivering residential and commercial projects with quality construction and timely completion. The company emphasizes transparent dealings, customer satisfaction, and adherence to regulatory standards. This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Associate role based in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end real estate activities, including assisting with property listings, coordinating site visits, and maintaining accurate documentation for leases and transactions.
• Work with sales and development teams to gather market information, prepare proposals, and support negotiations with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, help track approvals and compliance, and provide regular updates and reports to management.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with brokers, clients, and vendors to support ongoing and future projects.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate Transactions, including documentation, due diligence, and basic regulatory requirements.
• Skills in Leases and Commercial Real Estate, with the ability to understand lease terms, rental structures, and commercial property characteristics.
• Familiarity with Real Estate Development, including project stages, timelines, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients, brokers, and vendors.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Demonstrate integrity, reliability, and customer-focused behavior.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, commerce, or a related field.
• Prior experience or internships in real estate or property management.
