About the Role
The Plant Engineer (Industrial Gases) is a full-time, on-site role based at the Ahmedabad manufacturing facility. The role involves overseeing daily plant operations, monitoring production performance, and ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable generation and distribution of industrial and medical gases.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily plant operations.
- Monitoring production performance.
- Ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable generation and distribution of industrial and medical gases.
- Supervising plant equipment.
- Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Supporting power generation systems associated with plant utilities.
- Collaborating with operations, safety, and quality teams to maintain compliance with relevant standards.
- Optimizing processes.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining documentation.
- Supporting audits.
- Providing technical guidance to plant technicians and operators.

Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field) from an accredited institution.
- Experience in industrial gases, cryogenic plants, or similar process industries.
- Familiarity with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
