About the Role

The Consultant role at Tensorblue is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their technology, business, data, and surveying requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Conduct discovery sessions.
• Analyze client processes.
• Prepare recommendations.
• Support solution design and implementation.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure AI-driven tools and platforms are configured to meet client goals.
• Participate in testing, documentation, and training activities.
• Monitor project performance.
• Report on key outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and additional value creation.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and analyze business processes, identify challenges, and propose structured solutions.
• Comfort working with technology-driven environments, including basic familiarity with data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
• Strong client-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and stakeholder management.
• Organizational and project coordination abilities, such as managing timelines, prioritizing tasks, and documenting requirements.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on practical outcomes.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Data, or a related field.
• Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.

Relevant consulting or industry experience is an advantage.
