About the Role

• Position: Commission Sales Associate
• Company: Fit For L.Y.F.E (Love Your Fitness Endlessly)
• Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
• Compensation: Commission-Only
• Location: 100% Remote (US only)

Key Responsibilities

• Find and connect with expecting and new moms through your network, social media, mom groups, and birth professionals.
• Start conversations, book consult calls, and close sales.
• Follow up with leads using provided scripts and booking system.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Commission: $120–$1,000 per completed sale, based on the coaching package purchased.
• Signing Bonus: $250 after your first qualifying sale.
• Performance Bonus: $1,000 after your first 90 days if you generate at least $5,000 in qualifying collected revenue.
• Commissions: Uncapped, paid within 7 days after a sale clears its refund window.
• Work Schedule: 100% remote, flexible hours, no fixed shifts.
• Note: No base salary or hourly pay. Earnings depend on individual performance and are not guaranteed.

A qualifying sale is a coaching package that is paid and not refunded within 14 days of purchase.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Sales Experience: Required. Wellness, fitness, beauty, or mom-focused products are a plus.
• Network: Must have a network of moms, expecting parents, doulas, midwives, or OB/GYN offices.
• Communication Skills: Confident in DMs, on the phone, and with consistent follow-up.
• Work Ethic: Self-driven and like being paid for results, not hours.
• Booking System: Familiarity with using a booking system.
• Scripts & Templates: Ability to utilize provided scripts and DM templates.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a prerequisite.
