Account Manager

About the Role

This posting is for the Associate Account Manager role. Following completion of a multi-month training program (including sales, technical, and professional training), Associates are placed in one of Zenvica X's field sales offices across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the world's producers.
• Partner with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges.
• Develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share.
• Build relationships at assigned accounts and grow customer spend.
• Work with customers exclusively through digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, phone, and video conferencing).
• After training, be based in a field sales office and call on customers across North America.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Digital platforms: email, LinkedIn, phone, video conferencing.
• Sales: Develop and implement sales plans, meet annual sales goals, grow market share, build relationships, grow customer spend.
• Technical Skills: Experience and knowledge with technical skills and/or domains.
• Problem Solving: Quickly understand complicated subjects and explain them straightforwardly.
• Customer Focus: Recognize customer needs, propose solutions, and facilitate change.
• Location Flexibility: Must be location flexible.
• Driver's License: A valid US driver's license.

Qualifications

Graduating in December 2025 or Spring 2026, or within the past 3 years from Spring 2026.

• Cumulative GPA: 3.0
• Previous Experience:
• Intern experience with Zenvica X, Zenvica X's Partner Network, or Zenvica X's customer.
• Co-op or intern experience in manufacturing, product marketing, or customer-facing role.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Engineering Sales, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or other similar, technical degrees.
• Work Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Zenvica X will not sponsor individuals for employment visas.

Compensation

$74,000–$76,000 per year.
