Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form content including posts, captions, and reels aligned with brand tone.
• Collaborate with design and creative teams for high-quality visuals and multimedia assets.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
• Schedule and publish content using social media tools.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and ensure consistent activity.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic experience in managing social media accounts (hospitality experience is a plus).
• Strong writing skills with a knack for short-form content.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and tools.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
• Creative mindset with adaptability to different brand voices.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
