About the Role
Cashfree facilitates online payment collection for businesses. The Cross-Border team focuses on payments flowing between India and the rest of the world. This includes:
- Assisting global companies in accepting payments from Indian customers.
- Supporting Indian businesses in receiving payments from international customers.
As a Marketing Intern, you will contribute to communicating this narrative through content creation, social media, and campaign performance tracking. Your work will be published, and you will observe its impact.
Key Responsibilities
Publish content people find on Google and in AI tools
- Write web pages and FAQs to address common inquiries from global companies entering India.
- Develop clear explanations for new payment options.
- Research search queries in new product areas and create early content.
- Monitor search and AI answer rankings for relevant pages and update underperforming ones.
Create for social media
- Participate in social content planning and propose post ideas for campaigns.
- Generate posts using AI tools for design and copy, including launch announcements and custom visuals.
- Collaborate with the social media team for scheduling and publishing.
- Track post performance and report on successful strategies.
Manage campaign data and report results
- Build target audience lists.
- Monitor campaign performance and maintain updated reports.
- Prepare reports for monthly and quarterly team reviews.
Use AI to work faster
- Utilize tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Canva AI for writing, design, and research.
- Develop shareable reusable prompts and templates.
- Review and refine AI-generated output before publication.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI
- Design tools: Canva, Figma
Qualifications
- A portfolio showcasing written, designed, or built work (college projects and personal work accepted).
- An eye for design.
- Experience using AI tools in your own work, with demonstrable examples.
Interest in fintech, payments, or tech companies is a plus.
Experience managing a social media page, newsletter, or community is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in automating tasks (even minor ones) with tools is a plus.
