This is a full-time, on-site position based in Palo Alto, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing initiatives.
• Assist with market research.
• Gather and analyze data on customers, competitors, and industry trends.
• Help develop marketing strategies.
• Prepare presentations and reports.
• Support sales and customer service teams with marketing materials and communication tools.
• Contribute to content creation for campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
• Participate in events or outreach activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Ability to conduct Market Research, analyze data, and draw actionable insights to support marketing decisions.
• Interest or experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on understanding customer needs and supporting outreach efforts.
• Foundational knowledge of Marketing Strategy and a willingness to learn about campaign planning and execution.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated interest in technology or robotics is a plus.
