Process Engineer

You will collaborate with operations leaders and senior engineers to implement practical improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to understand constraints and recommend process improvements.
• Conduct time studies, work measurement, and process observations to identify opportunities.
• Analyze operational data using statistical and analytical tools to support decisions.
• Build process maps, standard work documentation, and operational performance reports.
• Support implementation and validation of automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
• 0–3 years in engineering, manufacturing, distribution, and/or supply chain (intern/co-op preferred).
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with process mapping and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab).
• Strong Excel skills and exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Microsoft Office Suite, analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or prior experience in Process Improvement.
• OR 2 years' of process improvement, or relevant work experience.
• Co-Op/Internship in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Distribution with experience applying basic Lean/Continuous Improvement Tools (preferred).
