About the Role

The Intern role at Bfount is a full-time remote position supporting both contact center and digital service teams. This role offers exposure to brand building, media, and client servicing practices, working closely with experienced professionals and learning industry-standard tools and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with client communication.
• Gathering and organizing data.
• Preparing reports.
• Supporting campaign execution across digital channels.
• Coordinating internal and external communications.
• Documenting processes.
• Contributing ideas to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Tech Stack

• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Basic familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., social media, online customer support tools, CRM systems).
• Interest in digital marketing or contact center operations.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn how to handle data, prepare reports, and follow structured processes.
• Comfort with using common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, video conferencing, project management applications).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and open to feedback.
• Positive attitude toward continuous learning and professional development.
• Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications, or related disciplines) is preferred but not required.
