About the Role
Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations. You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery, and analyzing results. Systematically and efficiently managing contract creation, ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor.
- Receive detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
- Make decisions that impact your own work.
- Act as an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
- This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
