Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and provide technical guidance to the ACS formwork workforce.
• Assign daily and weekly work activities to crew members based on their skills, experience, and project priorities.
• Resolve workforce issues and team disputes promptly to maintain productivity and a positive work environment.
• Contribute effectively to achieving project objectives, schedules, and key construction milestones.
• Calculate formwork material quantities, coordinate logistics, and optimize material utilization to minimize waste.
• Conduct pre-pour inspections to prevent blowouts, leakages, and honeycombing, ensuring quality concrete placement.
• Ensure safe and timely de-shuttering activities after the required structural curing period.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Extensive technical expertise in the operation and management of the ACS (Automatic Climbing System) Formwork System.
• Strong problem-solving skills during ACS installation, climbing, and operational activities.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
