Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding New Customers
- Reviewing Historic Work
- Setting up New Chart of Accounts
- Recording daily bookkeeping records
- Vendor/Customer Statements Reconciliation
- Bank / Credit card reconciliation
- Working with Customers over email/voice call
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Knowledge of Accounting Concepts
- QuickBooks Online
- Fluent English Communication (Verbal & Written)
- Microsoft Office Tools (Advanced Excel & Word)
- Analytical
