- Work Location: Chennai, work from Office only.
- Requires flexibility with shifts and willingness to extend shift timings during transition phases.
- May require rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver core banking solutions for applications processing essential bank functions, including:
- Account management
- Interest calculations
- Cash deposits and withdrawals processing
- Customer management
- Product management
- Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Work as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
- Receive detailed instructions on all tasks.
- Make decisions that impact own work, with close supervision.
