About the Role
CYSEC GLOBAL is seeking a full-time, on-site Search Engine Optimization Specialist in Bengaluru South. This role will contribute to shaping impactful industry conversations and supporting initiatives that drive resilience and innovation in cyber security for CYSEC GLOBAL’s web properties, summits, and digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research.
- Perform regular SEO audits.
- Optimize on-page elements (metadata, headings, content structure).
- Manage link-building initiatives.
- Monitor and interpret web analytics.
- Create reports to track performance against SEO goals.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams.
- Identify technical and content-related SEO opportunities.
- Implement best practices to enhance organic visibility, traffic, and lead generation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to perform comprehensive Keyword Research and develop data-driven SEO strategies.
- Experience conducting detailed SEO Audits (on-page, technical, content).
- Proficiency in On-Page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, URL structures, internal links, content).
- Hands-on experience with Link Building tactics, outreach, and ethical off-page optimization.
- Strong skills in Web Analytics, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
- Familiarity with common SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog) and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Solid understanding of current search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices for both desktop and mobile.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
