- Clearly and empathetically explain procedures, treatments, and services.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with leads via phone and digital communication.
- Coordinate between doctors, hospitals, and patients to ensure a smooth and seamless healthcare journey.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 0–6 months of experience in sales, customer service, telecalling, or healthcare coordination.
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
- A people-first mindset with empathy and patience.
- Freshers with confidence, positive energy, and willingness to learn are welcome.
