About the Role
Chipotle is changing the face of fast food by serving responsibly sourced, classically cooked, real food. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic people to join our team as Crew Members.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare real food by hand every day.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere.
- Work at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
Qualifications
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping and serving others (both customers and team members).
- Desire to learn how to cook.
- Previous experience in roles such as dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook is not required.
- No experience necessary.
