Adultcare Assistance Homecare is hiring for an Entry-Level Caregiver position in Tolleson, AZ. This role offers competitive pay of $17–$19/hr and is available for both full-time & part-time shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving seniors to appointments and social events
• Assisting with bathing and grooming
• Providing incontinence care management
• Performing light housekeeping tasks
• Preparing healthy meals
• Giving medication reminders
• Ensuring memory care safety
• Helping with physical therapy exercises

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must have a reliable car
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must genuinely enjoy older adults and find joy in making their day brighter.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Tolleson caregiver pay at $17 – $19/hr
• New-hire reward, plus merit raises at 90 days and biannually
• Earn extra rewards for covering last-minute shifts booked under 24 hours out
