About the Role
Insight Global is hiring an Inventory Analyst to support inventory and materials operations at a busy yard in Pecos, TX. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and looking to start or grow a career in inventory, logistics, supply chain, or operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and document inventory and material movements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Monitor stock levels and help ensure materials are available when needed
- Communicate with internal teams and vendors regarding materials and inventory needs
- Learn and use inventory management systems and software
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Math, Science, or a related analytical field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong math, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work on-site in Pecos, TX
Preferred (Not Required)
- Inventory, warehouse, materials, parts, or procurement experience
- Experience with inventory software
- Forklift or equipment operation experience
- Oil & gas, industrial, automotive, or supply chain experience
