About the Role

The Amazon Last Mile learning team is seeking a Training Specialist to support operations trainings for the last mile vertical. The overall responsibility includes boosting the competencies of our employees by developing and conducting effective training programs. The person will indirectly help enhance employee workplace performance in conjunction with the company’s core values to meet organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee their results for the assigned territory and region.
- Manage live performance metrics end to end for the assigned territory.
- Conduct learning sessions on new processes as well as BQM through ITL or digital learning as per the requirement.
- Deliver various training courses as continuous learning.
- Maintain data and analysis through reports in Excel (as per business requirement).
- Ensure completion of new hire training programs, coaching & other performance improvement programs on time.
- Partner with operations leaders while conducting station audits to check process compliance and fix gaps immediately.
- Identify learning coaches and certify them.
- Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.

Qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Experience working with and delivering training/information to Associates and TL level employees.
