Seller Support Associate, Seller Partner Support

About the Role

The Multi-Channel Commerce Fulfillment (MCCF) Seller Support Associate is the primary contact between Amazon and its business partners, assisting sellers who use Amazon's fulfillment services for their sales channels outside of Amazon. This role provides support for MCF, Buy with Prime (BwP), and ASCS, offering expert help to sellers utilizing Amazon's fulfillment capabilities for off-Amazon sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Navigate and manage multiple seller inquiries for MCF, BwP, and ASCS operations through Seller Central, Supply Chain Portal, Buy with Prime Merchant Console, and ASCS Console in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide comprehensive Buy with Prime support, including integration guidance, troubleshooting, and operational assistance.
• Offer MCF support, covering onboarding, catalog uploads, troubleshooting, listings, products, inventory questions, and Purchase Order (PO) processes for bulk inventory.
• Support top-tier MCF and ASCS managed merchants with high-quality case handling.
• Adapt quickly to new processes, tools, and business requirements while maintaining high-quality support standards and meeting SLAs.
• Follow dedicated support paths and processes for both MCF and Buy with Prime program requirements.
• Collaborate with program managers to implement new initiatives while ensuring daily operational excellence.
• Handle evolving business needs, new information, and process changes with flexibility while maintaining performance metrics.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Full-time graduate.

Qualifications

• Track record of ownership and bias for action & AI Knowledge.
• Must be a part of SPS (Seller Partner Support) and possess SPS Knowledge.
• Demonstrated expertise in FBA, Catalog/Feeds, and Merchant operations.
