About the Role

The Oracle Fusion HCM Functional role at SKYLAR TECHNOLOGY is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze HR business requirements.
• Map HR business requirements to Oracle Fusion HCM functionality.
• Configure modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Support end-to-end implementation activities, including solution design, documentation, testing, and user training.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migration.
• Troubleshoot functional issues.
• Provide production support.
• Create functional specifications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to optimize HR processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Process understanding related to HR operations and end-to-end HCM workflows.
• Consulting skills, including requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and solution presentation.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HR and Oracle Applications, particularly Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Integration knowledge for Oracle Fusion HCM, including working with technical teams on interfaces and data migration.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or support projects, preferably in a client-facing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and documentation quality.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant Oracle certifications are an advantage.
