Carrier Executive

About the Role

TransLoop is hiring Carrier Executives at multiple levels. This role is sales-driven and focused on building relationships, making an impact, and growing alongside a high-performing team. You will play a key part in expanding and strengthening our carrier network, building and managing relationships with transportation providers, identifying growth opportunities, negotiating capacity solutions, and helping to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new carrier partnerships and expand existing relationships through prospecting, lead generation, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with carriers through consistent communication and proactive engagement.
• Serve as a trusted partner by providing transparent and timely updates to carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, increase carrier value, and improve sales effectiveness.
• Utilize TransLoop's industry-leading technology platform to drive efficiency, visibility, and operational excellence.
• Deliver reliable, exceptional customer service that reinforces confidence and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and a best-in-class experience for carriers and customers.

• Ability to confidently conduct a high volume of outbound calls and prospecting activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Power Only transportation, team expedited dry van operations, flatbed/open-deck freight, or specialized carrier networks is a plus, but not required.
• Proven success developing and managing carrier relationships.
