About the Role
JLL is looking for an Engineering Executive to join the Work Dynamics team, maintaining electrical equipment and ensuring optimal environmental controls for a progressive organization. You will work on critical building infrastructure and ensure safety compliance across facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience in electrical equipment maintenance such as:
- HT transformer of capacity 1600 KVA, 1250 KVA
- D.G sets
- Kitchen related equipment
- 600 KVA UPS
- Lifts
- Pumps
- Circuit Breakers
- Other components
- Maintaining of room temperature and air quality in Labs, Server rooms, Workstations & also in Electrical equipment rooms.
- Experience in HVAC related equipment such as:
- Chillers
- Cooling towers
- AHU
- PAC
- Provide suggestions on the lifespan of equipment and other electrical components, advising when certain components need to be replaced due to potential risks.
- Responsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturer’s recommendations and plan for the inventory.
- Hands-on experience in the pre-emptive maintenance program to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.
- Maintained the Fire Fighting Systems such as:
- Jockey
- Booster
- Sprinkler
- Hydrant
- Diesel engine
- LSS related components
- Maintaining documentation like checklists, logbooks & PPM schedules for all job-based activities.
- Possess a safety concern while using equipment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in electrical equipment maintenance and HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of fire fighting systems and safety procedures.
