Security Guard

About the Role

As a professionally trained Security Guard for G4S, you will be a member of the security team responsible for securing premises such as building sites, courts, shops, warehouses, banks, and factories.

Key Responsibilities

• Protect premises, property, and information.
• Report daily to the supervisor with all daily reports as per procedures.
• Ensure all Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment instructions.
• Operate and monitor security systems.
• Control the entry and exit of individuals, materials, and vehicles.
• Conduct foot patrols searching for any situations or conditions hazardous to the property or safety of a person at a site.
• Patrol all outside parking areas to ensure vehicle safety and detect unauthorized persons.
• Write appropriate reports as required.
• Conduct foot or vehicle patrols.
• Monitor CCTV.
• Act as a surveillance operative.
• Help identify and prevent criminal activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum education qualification: 10th Pass.
• Minimum height: 5 feet and 7 inches (5’ 7”) for men and 5 ft for women.
• Age: Between 18 and 35 for a fresher and up to 40 for an experienced security guard.
• Physically and medically fit.
• Appear as a mature person.
