About the Role
Innovative Roadztech Pvt. Ltd. is an infrastructure services company specializing in advanced pavement maintenance solutions, including microsurfacing, rut filling, micro milling, and related road rehabilitation works. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, focused on microsurfacing, rut filling, micro milling, and pavement maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in daily site activities: surface preparation, operation and monitoring of specialized paving and milling equipment, material handling, and application of pavement treatments.
- Support site planning.
- Coordinate with supervisors and crew members.
- Ensure proper calibration and use of machines.
- Assist with quality checks, measurements, and documentation.
- Adhere to safety protocols.
- Perform basic equipment upkeep.
- Communicate with project managers and client representatives for timely and efficient completion of work.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in road construction, pavement maintenance, or civil works.
- Familiarity with operating or assisting in the operation of road maintenance machinery and tools, with attention to safety and equipment care.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices, traffic management around work zones, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, technical guidelines, and project drawings, with strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good physical stamina to work in outdoor conditions and perform manual tasks.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Prior experience in road or infrastructure projects and/or a diploma or degree in civil engineering or a related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on project needs and to travel to various project sites in and around Delhi.
