Intern, AI engineer

About the Role

As an Intern – AI Engineer at QuadX AI, you will support the design, development, and testing of agentic AI components used in regulated industry applications. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and evaluating machine learning models.
• Experiment with neural networks and NLP pipelines.
• Contribute to data preprocessing and pattern recognition tasks.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement and integrate AI features into production-grade software.
• Write clean and maintainable code.
• Help document technical approaches and findings.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts and Software Development practices, including data structures, algorithms, and version control.
• Knowledge of Neural Networks and basic Pattern Recognition techniques.
• Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) methods and tools, such as tokenization, embeddings, and transformer-based architectures.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in AI (e.g., Python).
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in teams.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly.
• Interest in AI for highly regulated domains.
• Prior exposure to compliance, governance, or secure systems is a plus.
