About the Role
- Full-time, year-round, indoor work.
- No weekend work required.
- Night shift: 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM, 10-hour shifts.
- Overtime available on Fridays as per production demand.
- Entry-level position, suitable for transition from fields like construction or food service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble custom products through various operations along an assembly line.
- Assemble specific parts of the hot tub, operate machinery, perform product testing, and/or packaging operations.
- Work with a team to ensure product quality standards.
- Continuously innovate and improve processes for efficiency and safety.
- Assembly and operations typical of assigned manufacturing station.
- Attend daily team huddle meetings to discuss team performance, achievements, and safety.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to work on feet for a full shift performing manual tasks.
- Able to lift (15 - 50lbs).
- Ability to read written material.
- Ability to interpret and build to specifications on visual manufacturing plans.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude & team player.
- Eligible to work in the US.
Qualifications
- Construction experience (bonus, not required).
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and/or work in physically demanding areas of the line (bonus, not required).
- Experience in manufacturing or other assembly work (bonus, not required).
