About the Role
The Product Listing Executive is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating, updating, and maintaining product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
- Ensuring accuracy in descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather product information.
- Checking inventory details.
- Complying with marketplace listing guidelines.
- Uploading products.
- Optimizing titles and keywords.
- Categorizing items correctly.
- Monitoring live listings for errors or inconsistencies.
- Tracking listing performance.
- Identifying missing or incorrect data.
- Coordinating with support teams to resolve listing issues.
- Maintaining organized records of all catalog changes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Data entry and catalog management skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, including major marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).
- Understanding of listing rules and guidelines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfort working with web-based dashboards and tools.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling product information.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple listings and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience in e-commerce catalog or product listing roles is an advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow standard operating procedures, and maintain a high level of quality and consistency.
