Social Media Marketing Intern

About the Role

The Social Media Marketing Intern will support ARK INFOTECH’s online presence by creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms. This is a fully remote internship role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with content calendars.
• Designing posts and short-form copy.
• Monitoring social media engagement.
• Responding to basic inquiries.
• Reporting on key performance metrics.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to help execute digital campaigns showcasing IT, CCTV, drone, and device services.
• Contributing ideas for improving brand visibility and audience growth.
• Adhering to brand guidelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills for campaign planning and execution.
• Social Media Content Creation skills for posts, stories, short videos, and basic visual assets.
• Foundational Marketing knowledge.
• Effective Communication skills (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Familiarity with basic analytics tools.
• Proficiency with simple design or content tools (e.g., Canva, basic video editors) is an advantage.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
