Associate Financial/Tax Analyst

About the Role

Constellation is seeking a cohort of Associates who are excited to be a part of the climate changes ahead and will have the opportunity to be hired into entry-level openings in the following areas:

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Controllership (Accounting)
• Tax

You’ll be exposed to various aspects of the business, receive unique development opportunities, and have the ability to move to different functional areas as you progress in your career with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Support Controllership (Accounting) functions.
• Assist with Tax operations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Expected graduation date May/June 2027 with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or other relevant major.
• Minimum GPA: Cumulative 3.2.
• A track record of outstanding academic performance.
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
