Public Area Attendant

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and care of all public areas, including entrances, hallways, restrooms, and common rooms.
• Clean surfaces and floors.
• Replenish consumables.
• Report damages or maintenance needs.
• Adhere to established hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with the facility and housekeeping team to ensure a well-maintained, welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facility management.
• Proficient in working according to specified cleaning and hygiene standards.
• Basic knowledge of handling cleaning machines and agents.
• Willingness to learn new procedures and products.
• Strong service orientation.
• Respectful interaction with employees and guests.
• Basic communication skills.
• Physical resilience.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends as per the deployment plan.
• High punctuality.

Qualifications

• Reliable working method.
• Good observation skills for early detection of defects.
• Sense of responsibility for order and safety.
• Initial professional experience in a hotel, office, or facility environment is advantageous.
• Basic English language skills for team communication are advantageous.
