About the Role
The Marketing Executive (Fresher) will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting in campaign planning, coordinating promotional events, and executing outreach initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement among students, institutions, and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct basic market research.
- Gather and analyze student and partner feedback.
- Help develop marketing content for social media and digital channels.
- Support sales efforts by following up on leads.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Contribute to presentations and pitches.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform Market Research and contribute to Market Planning initiatives.
- Foundational understanding of Marketing principles and digital marketing concepts.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction.
- Interest or basic exposure to Sales activities, lead follow-up, and relationship building.
- Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms and online tools.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and maintain a professional, inclusive work ethic.
