About the Role

You'll grow both sides of Flatscanner in Bangalore: people posting rooms, and people looking for one. This means engaging with communities where Bangalore finds its flats and flatmates: room groups, co-living spaces, landlords, tech parks, and new-joiner networks. You will build relationships and bring them onto Flatscanner.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow both sides of Flatscanner in Bangalore (people posting rooms and people looking for rooms).
• Engage with communities such as room groups, co-living spaces, landlords, tech parks, and new-joiner networks.
• Build relationships within these communities.
• Bring communities onto the Flatscanner platform.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Live in Bangalore and possess knowledge of its rental scene.
• Bonus if you have personal experience hunting for a room or flatmate in Bangalore.
• Comfortable messaging, calling, and meeting new people daily.
• Ability to set weekly targets and track progress.
• Clear and simple English writing skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to get the first 50 rooms posted on Flatscanner in the first month.
• Ability to find people moving to Bangalore for new jobs or college and get 200 of them to start their Flatscanner Agent in the first 4 weeks.
• Ability to get people to join, sign up, or show up for something from scratch.

• Location: Remote
• Type: Part-time
• Pay: ₹15,000-25,000 per month
• You will work directly with the founder.
