About Humyn Labs
Humyn Labs builds the intelligence layer for physical-world AI. They convert human action into training-grade multimodal data for embodied AI, captured across 20+ countries.
The Role
Keep egocentric data collection and annotation pipelines running, from hardware to annotated data. This role directly supports the training of humanoids that learn from humans in real-world environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Hardware:
- Source, ship, and track recording devices.
- Run daily hardware inventory reconciliation and own daily collection KPIs for hardware.
- Support the buildout of an international hardware supply chain with global partners.
- Vendors:
- Work closely with collection and annotation vendors.
- Build strategic partnerships and manage every stage, from onboarding to invoicing.
- Annotation:
- Coordinate internal and external annotators on throughput and accuracy.
- Stakeholders:
- Keep internal teams and external partners informed with clear, regular updates.
- Set realistic expectations upfront and own deliverables end to end.
What Success Looks Like
By month 2, you own either:
- The end-to-end hardware supply chain, or
- An end-to-end collection sprint for frontier labs.
Qualifications
- A final-year student or recent graduate, any discipline.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (+ a regional language).
- A natural negotiator who follows up relentlessly.
- Organized, spreadsheet-native, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ready to travel and work on-site.
Bonus
- Experience in ops, procurement, logistics, or annotation.
