About the Role
The Architectural Intern will support the design team in developing architectural concepts, drawings, and presentations for residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with design development.
- Preparing CAD and 3D models.
- Creating detailed drawings.
- Contributing to interior layouts and material selections.
- Compiling design documentation.
- Coordinating with consultants under guidance.
- Participating in site visits, measurements, and basic supervision tasks as required.
- Active participation in team discussions, reviews, and client-facing preparations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Core skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including conceptualization, space planning, and detailing.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, consultants, and clients if needed, and to present design ideas clearly.
- Enrollment in or completion of a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution is preferred.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to take feedback constructively in a studio environment are essential.
- Interest in climate-responsive, context-sensitive design and interior detailing is an advantage.
