Data Analyst

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in the Pune Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency for reporting and analysis.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Perform statistical and trend analyses.
• Develop data models to support forecasting and business planning.
• Translate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Communicate results in an accessible way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Help implement best practices for data governance and documentation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience with tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is ideal.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities for interpreting complex datasets and identifying actionable insights.
• Solid knowledge of Statistics to perform quantitative analysis, hypothesis testing, and data-driven evaluations.
• Effective Communication skills to present findings clearly, prepare reports, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Data Modeling skills to design, build, and maintain data structures that support reporting and analytical needs.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a structured approach to data validation and documentation.
• A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics is preferred.
• Experience working with large datasets and in a technology or product-oriented environment will be considered an advantage.
