Supply Chain Logistics Internship

About the Role

Evavo Wellness & Solutions LLP, a 22-year-old company and a leader in Wellness Longevity Projects, is seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Intern to support efficient movement, tracking, and coordination of materials and products across its operations. This internship offers practical exposure to International Multi Modal supply chain planning, logistics execution, AI enabled Smart Purchasing and inventory coordination, and operational reporting in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating inbound and outbound multi-country shipments, deliveries, and dispatch schedules.
• Maintain accurate records for orders, inventory movements, shipping documents, and delivery status.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Track shipment timelines and highlight delays, discrepancies, or exceptions to the relevant stakeholders.
• Support preparation of spreadsheets, dashboards, and periodic reports related to logistics and supply chain performance.
• Help identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, documentation, turnaround time, and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Interest in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, inventory, or business operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and maintaining structured data records.
• A proactive approach to learning and solving day-to-day operational challenges.
• Open to candidates across experience levels who are interested in building practical logistics experience.

Location: Worli, Mumbai (behind Phoenix Mall)

Duration: 9 months

Stipend: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month

Status: Paid, Full-time internship
