About the Role
NourishSmart is building India's first precision nutrition platform for Indian vegetarian families. This role is for the first Dietician/Nutritionist who will define the NourishSmart nutrition standard. The approach is rooted in Indian food and grounded in real clinical thinking, moving beyond calorie counting or weight loss templates to a true wellness approach. Every plan requires your sign-off before reaching a family.
Key Responsibilities
- Define what a NourishSmart plan means, focusing on a wellness approach rooted in Indian food and clinical thinking.
- Train home chefs who cook within these plans.
- Speak directly with families during onboarding, health milestones, and plan changes.
- Collaborate with the team on the ground to ensure food preparation matches planned nutrition.
- Provide a clinical lens for founder decisions, prioritizing building the system correctly over speed.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Registered/certified nutritionist or dietician.
- Hands-on clinical experience.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Indian vegetarian nutrition.
- Ability to build and lead within the nutrition domain.
