Key Responsibilities
- Designing business models for newly established entities.
- Determining arm’s length pricing for new transactions.
- Testing transactions post-occurrence.
- Preparing comprehensive transfer pricing documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Representing clients before tax authorities during assessments and appellate proceedings.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- CA with experience, who has done articleship in transfer pricing in a tax firm or an in-house transfer pricing team.
- Knowledge in Prowess and Capitaline databases for TP benchmarking.
- Experience in global tools/databases like TP Catalyst, Capital IQ, OneSource, etc. is preferable.
- Experience in preparing benchmarking reports and Industry Analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
