- Investor Relations Executive
- Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home)
Working Days
- Monday to Friday
- Availability on Saturdays may be required for client support or issue resolution, as and when needed.
Working Hours
9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure High Net Worth Investors (HNIs) receive an exceptional customer experience by helping them understand investment products and resolving their queries professionally.
- Handle inbound investor queries through WhatsApp, Emails, and Phone Calls.
- Explain the structure and features of various investment products in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with investors through professional communication.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal Product and Marketing teams by sharing customer feedback and actionable insights.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for investors throughout their investment journey.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Clear and confident speech with strong interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first attitude and genuine willingness to help people.
- Basic understanding of financial products and investments.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Professional approach while handling customer interactions.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a remote environment.
