About the Role

The Student Intern role at ICA Edu Skills is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to vocational education, training operations, and student support in a professional institute environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support faculty and staff in delivering vocational training programs.
• Assist in organizing classroom activities.
• Help maintain learning materials and records.
• Perform data entry and documentation.
• Provide basic academic support for learners.
• Coordinate with administrative teams for scheduling and communication.
• Assist in student counseling support activities.
• Support placement coordination tasks.
• Conduct simple research assignments related to course content and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet usage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with students and staff.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail for documentation and data entry.
• Interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to working in academic and administrative settings.
• A learning mindset, willingness to take initiative, and adaptability to a dynamic training environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed studies in Commerce, Management, Education, or related fields is beneficial.
• Interest in Accounts, Taxation, or vocational training is an advantage.
• Prior exposure to internships, volunteering, or campus activities involving coordination or mentoring is a plus.
