About the Role

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program - 2027 at Reliance aims to hand-pick young, high-potential engineering talent across India and nurture them to take on key technical roles across Reliance. The program provides a launch pad for budding engineers with a 1-year structured learning journey. The role may involve a combination of site-based and desk-based work.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Eligibility Criteria:
• Final-year engineering students from AICTE-Approved Colleges pursuing full-time B.Tech/B.E. Graduating in 2027.
• Engineering streams: Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Civil, or Instrumentation.
• Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA across 10th, 12th, and Diploma (if applicable).
• Minimum aggregate of 6 CGPA / 60% or more in engineering (up to the latest semester).
• No Active Backlogs and No cases of Detention.
• A candidate must not have a total of more than 3 years of education gap.
• The candidate should not have applied to the RIL Graduate Engineer Trainee program in the last 6 months.
• The candidate should not have interned with RIL as part of the RIL Summer Internship program between May - August 2026.
• The candidate should be a resident of India.

Qualifications

• Candidates should ensure they fulfill the eligibility criteria before applying.
• Selected candidates may be placed at any location basis RIL's requirements.
• The offer provided to the candidate will be valid only on:
• Furnishing valid and original documents as per the eligibility criteria at any stage.
• Clearing the Pre-Employment Medical (PEM) examination.
