About the Role

Adroitec Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join their team and drive sales of engineering software solutions.

Open Positions

• Sales Executives – CAD & PLM
• Sales Executive – CAE

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for CAD, PLM, or CAE software solutions.
• Generate leads, prospect potential customers, and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable engineering software solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and sales discussions.
• Coordinate with technical teams for product demonstrations and solution proposals.
• Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and support deal closure.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Mechanical Engineering graduates with an interest in technical sales.
• Candidates with an MBA who can combine technical understanding with business development skills.
• Candidates with prior experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, or engineering software sales will have an advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately.

Qualifications

• Preferred Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Candidates from Electrical and Electronics Engineering are also welcome to apply.
• MBA candidates will have an added advantage, particularly those with a sales or marketing specialization.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong interest in technical sales, business development, and customer engagement.
• Ability to understand engineering requirements and communicate appropriate software solutions.
• Immediate joiners only.

Important Eligibility Condition

• Candidates with more than 2 years of industrial experience will NOT be considered.
• Candidates from Computer Science Engineering (CSE) and Information Technology (IT) backgrounds are NOT eligible.
