About the Internship
Frido is looking for a Business Growth Intern to support its network of physiotherapists and doctors, as well as the patients they refer. You will help onboard and engage partners, coordinate patient support, resolve routine issues, and ensure every interaction is properly tracked. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and takes ownership until an issue is closed. During the six-month internship, you will gain practical experience in partner management, customer support, healthcare operations, CRM tracking, escalation handling, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Management
- Support the onboarding of physiotherapists, doctors, and other healthcare partners.
- Explain Frido Care's products, processes, referral system, and payout structure.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and help keep partners engaged.
- Reconnect with inactive partners and understand the reasons for inactivity.
- Respond to questions involving payouts, tracking links, referral codes, products, and the partner app.
- Send product updates, educational reminders, and commission-related communication through WhatsApp and other approved channels.
- Collect partner feedback and share actionable insights with the relevant internal teams.
- Maintain updated records of partner activity and relationship health.
Patient Support
- Assist patients with order, delivery, return, exchange, discount-code, and product-related queries.
- Answer basic product-fit and usage questions within the approved guidelines.
- Immediately route clinical questions to a physiotherapist or senior team member.
- Follow up with patients three to seven days after delivery.
- Support ergonomic assessment bookings and related coordination.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate sensitive cases before they become larger issues.
Escalation and Reporting
- Acknowledge partner and patient escalations within two hours.
- Work toward resolving cases within 48 hours, subject to company policy and dependencies.
- Resolve routine Tier 1 cases and route complex cases to the appropriate senior team member.
- Log every issue in the designated tracker, including its source, category, owner, status, and resolution.
- Assist in preparing weekly reports covering active partners, open escalations, resolution times, recurring issues, and partners at risk.
- Coordinate with operations, product, finance, logistics, and clinical teams to close issues.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfort communicating through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- An organised and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to remain calm when handling complaints, delays, or conflicting priorities.
- A strong sense of ownership and willingness to follow issues through to closure.
- Basic comfort with spreadsheets, trackers, CRM systems, or project-management tools.
- Willingness to learn about Frido Care's products, partner model, and healthcare ecosystem.
- Ability to recognize clinical questions and escalate them rather than attempting to provide medical advice.
Eligibility
- Students in their final year, recent graduates, and candidates with up to one year of experience may apply.
- Candidates from business administration, healthcare management, physiotherapy, commerce, communications, or related fields are preferred.
- Previous internship or project experience in customer support, account management, business development, healthcare operations, or client coordination is an advantage.
- A healthcare or physiotherapy background is helpful but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of Marathi is an added advantage.
- Freshers who demonstrate strong communication, ownership, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
