About the Role
- Voice role for customer service.
- Walk-in drive on 2nd November 2026 (Monday).
- Walk-in Timings: 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
- Walk-in Venue: Genpact, F9P5+3FV, Hafeezpet Rd, Vinayaka Nagar, Hafeezpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500049.
- Work location: Hyderabad (Only work from office).
- Shifts: Flexible with any shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and customer's concern.
- Provide support for data collection to enable recovery of the account for end-user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies.
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
- Exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience: 0-3 years (previous experience in a voice role).
- Freshers: 2022-2026 passouts are eligible.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: Any Graduate (except law/diploma).
Mandatory documents to carry
- 2 Passport size photographs (One photograph to be pasted on resume).
