Entry-Level Technical Solutions Engineer

About the Role

• This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area.
• We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
• As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic, you’ll work on software that impacts 305 million patients around the world.
• You will tackle mission-critical and complex problems, diagnosing issues, identifying solutions, and managing their implementation.

• Manage the implementation of the solution, sometimes across multiple physical locations and stakeholders.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree or greater.
• A history of academic excellence or professional success.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
